The manufacturer's own price guide sets the oral tablet at $149 for 1.5 and 4 mg and $299 for the 9 and 25 mg maintenance doses. The 4 mg rate ends 31 August 2026.

Anywhere quoting a flat $149 for the approved pill is quoting a starter-dose figure as the price of treatment.
